Specialties in Children, Youth and Young Adults with Disabilities
List Your Top Five Dreams. Choose one- why is this important to you?
10-minutes:
Go.
Whether you
are a child, youth, or adult, oftentimes we find our voices drowned out by
people telling us “you can’t” or “you shouldn’t.” In fact, many of us don’t
know what our true voice even sounds like.
This can be
even more dramatic for children, youth and adults with disabilities- where for
years others have not listened or known that there was an independent voice worth hearing.
For many parents, you are the only ones who have heard your child's dreams, and have taken the time to learn their voice. It's time for your child to be heard, in their own way, throughout their own community.
No
matter what your ability to communicate may be, you have something to say!

I’m Megan
Cutter, and I provide intuitive-based creative writing and expression tutoring
and coaching using a mixture of reading, storytelling, writing, augmentative
communication devises or visual aides.
Whether you
have a disability or not, or no matter what your disability is or how you
communicate, chances are, you are much more aware of your surroundings than
people give credit for.
Creative
expressions tutoring can:
• provide a
safe space t o express that awareness.
• discover
creative methods to tap into expression and communication.
• play and
experiment with sound, rhythm and words.
• create specific
connections between yourself and your community.
• increase
dialogue with friends and family.
Coaching and mentoring sessions are structured for an hour twice a
month or by individual needs and design.
